Macquarie Capital (Europe) Ltd. (MCEL) is the London-based subsidiary of Macquarie Group Ltd. (SY: MQG), a global provider of banking, financial, advisory, investment and fund management services. Operating as part of the Macquarie Capital Advisers division, MCEL provides investment advisory services in the UK and in continental Europe. In relation with Macquarie Securities Group, they provide access to Asia Pacific markets for European clients. In terms of research, MCEL supplies macro-economic, markets and stock level analysis to a diverse range of clients. Their capabilities cover equity, debt, ForEx, futures, metals and mining worldwide, economics and strategy. In 2009 Macquarie Group acquired the international brokerage firm Fox-Pitt Kelton Cochran Caronia Waller LLC. The London branch Fox-Pitt, Kelton Ltd. was absorbed into MCEL.

Dominion Asset Management Ltd. (DAML) is the asset management subsidiary of Dominion Fund Management Ltd., itself a subsidiary of Dominion Group Ltd. in Great Britain. The firm was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in London. DAML creates and manages a range of investment products for individual and institutional investors.

Dominion Investment Analytics SA (DIA) is the Swiss-based dedicated research and analysis arm of Dominion Group UK. Formerly known as Dominion Risk Management SA, the firm was created in 2004 and specializes in providing advice and research in the areas of investment strategy, portfolio composition and risk management to Dominion Fund Management Ltd. Based in Lugano, DIA is Investment Adviser to the Dominion Fund Management Ltd. range of funds. The firm collates and analyzes the accumulated research for the funds and advises Dominion Fund Management accordingly. Their secondary role is to create strategies that will reduce volatility in the Funds. DIA aims to provide Dominion Fund Management Ltd. with regular reporting on risk analysis, stress testing, risk scenario modelling and economic and market analysis.
