Clint Lofman

Prior to joining Wrightwood Capital, Mr. Lofman spent two years as Director of Quantum First Capital, a Dallas based real estate finance and advisory firm, where he was responsible for loan origination and client development and oversaw the firm's equity advisory business.
Prior to Quantum, Mr. Lofman was a Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Archon Group, L.P., a Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. subsidiary, for eight years where he sourced and closed in excess of $1 billion in financings nationwide on commercial real estate acquisitions including, in part, over 7,500,000 SF of office space and over 2,300 apartment units.
Additionally, he was responsible as Portfolio Manager for managing leveraged returns for three of the Whitehall Funds totaling in excess of $3 billion in real estate investments.
Preceding Archon, he worked as Vice President for Bonnet Resources and BancTexas N.A..
Mr. Lofman received a BBA in Business Management from the University of North Texas .
