Wilmington Trust Investment Advisors, Inc. (WTIA) is a mutual fund manager and registered investment advisor headquartered in Wilmington, Delaware. The firm was founded as MTB Investment Advisors, Inc. in 1995 as the result of a merger between Allied Investment Advisors and M&T Asset Management. In 2012, their name was changed to WTIA. The firm is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Manufacturers and Traders Trust Co. (M&T Bank), which is owned by M&T Bank Corp. (NYSE: MTB). WTIA principally provides investment management services to institutional clients. They also serve as sub-advisor to the Wilmington Funds, a family of mutual funds.

AllianceBernstein LP (AB) is a SEC-registered investment advisor and mutual fund manager headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. Founded in 2000, the firm is owned by Equitable Financial Life Insurance Co., ultimately held by Equitable Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: EQH). AB provides investment advice to investment companies, pension and profit-sharing plans, banks and thrift institutions, trusts, estates, government agencies, charitable organizations, individuals, corporations and other business entities.

(JHA) is the mutual fund affiliate of John Hancock Financial Services, Inc. and manages the John Hancock family of retail and institutional mutual funds, as well as separate equity portfolios for private accounts and retirement plans for individual and institutional investors. In 2003, Manulife Financial Corp. (TSX, NYSE: MFC) and John Hancock Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE: JHF) announced that they would merge and would thus create a leading global insurance franchise. The combined company will market products and services under multiple brands including John Hancock in the US and Manulife in Canada and the US.
