Prior to that, he was at UBS Securities as a Managing Director in charge of Fixed Income Capital Markets and a member of the firm’s Investment Banking Committee.
Before that, he was President of Field Point Capital Corporation, a Greenwich-based merchant banking firm.
Prior to joining Field Point Capital, he was with Columbia Savings and Loan Association as an Executive Vice President in charge of Corporate Finance and a member of its Executive Committee.
Before joining Columbia Savings and Loan Association, Mr. Moore had been with Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. as a General Partner and, ultimately, a Senior Managing Director in charge of their Capital Markets and International Corporate Finance Departments.
He also served as a member of the firm's Management and Commitment Committees.
Prior to that, he was a Vice President at E.F.
Hutton & Company.
Mr. Moore received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University in 1979.
