Christopher P. Collins

Mr. Collins joined Frazier Healthcare in April 2003 as an analyst.
From 2000 - 2003, he was a financial analyst in Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking Division.
Most recently, he was a financial analyst in the West Coast Healthcare Corporate Finance Group where he covered Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Medical Information Services and Biotechnology companies based in the western United States.
While there, Mr. Collins advised clients on merger, acquisition, restructuring and financing opportunities.
Prior to that, Mr. Collins was a financial analyst in Morgan Stanley's Leveraged Finance Group where he assisted with originating, structuring and executing public and private debt transactions, including corporate bonds, bridge facilities and credit facilities, with concentration specifically on speculatively rated corporations.
Mr. Collins holds a B.A.
in economics from Stanford University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Mr. Collins is an acting member of the CFA Institue and the Seattle Society of Financial Analyst (SSFA).
