Chris A. Sindoni

Mr. Sindoni joined Graham Partners in September 2010.
He most recently served as a Transaction Services Associate at KPMG, where he helped facilitate over $100 million in mergers and acquisitions spanning the manufacturing, technology and media industries.
He also performed buy-side financial due diligence on target companies for corporate and private equity clients.
Prior to his role at KPMG, Mr. Sindoni worked as an Intern at FairWinds Partners, an internet strategy consulting firm in Washington, D.C.
While at FairWinds, he helped manage client portfolios, as well as assisted in completing both analytical and statistical project deliverables.
Mr. Sindoni received his B.S.
in Business Administration from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, Cum Laude, where he served as a member of the Division I Heavyweight Crew Team.
