Morgan Stanley Huaxin Fund Management Co. Ltd. (Morgan Stanley Huaxin Funds) is an independent Chinese fund management firm which was founded in 2003 as Jutian Fund Management Co. Ltd. through the joint venture of Morgan Stanley International Holdings, Inc. (34%), Huaxin Securities Co., Ltd. (36%), Hantang Securities Co., Ltd. (15%), China Merchants Finance Holdings Co., Ltd. (10%) and Shenzhen China Technology Industry Group Co., Ltd. (5%). In 2008, they were renamed Morgan Stanley Huaxin Fund Management Co. after Morgan Stanley became their largest shareholder. Headquartered in Shenzhen with additional offices in Beijing and Shanghai, Morgan Stanley Huaxin Funds provides asset management services and products for individual and institutional clients.

UBS SDIC Fund Management Co., Ltd. (UBS SDIC) is an investment management subsidiary of SDIC Taikang Trust Co., Ltd., itself an indirect subsidiary of SDIC Capital Co., Ltd. (SHA: 600061), a public firm owned by the Government of China. UBS SDIC was founded in 2002 by five Chinese investment trust and securities companies. Formerly known as China Dragon Fund Management Co., the firm was restructured into a joint venture in 2005 and shareholders officially changed to SDIC TAIKANG Trust Co., Ltd. and UBS AG, with shareholding proportion of 51 and 49 percent respectively. Headquartered in Shenzhen, the firm has additional offices in Shanghai and Beijing. UBS SDIC provides financial advisory and wealth management services, managing discretionary portfolios and mutual funds primarily for Chinese clients. The firm's culture combines local expertise with the global asset management capabilities of UBS.

China Merchants Fund Management Co., Ltd. (CMFM) is a Chinese fund management firm which was founded in 2002 as a joint venture between China Merchants Securities Co., Ltd. (45 percent) and China Merchants Bank Co., Ltd. (55 percent). Headquartered in Shenzhen with branch offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu, the firm was the first joint venture established between a domestic asset manager and a foreign firm in China. CMFM manages a diverse range of funds including the AnTai umbrella fund for institutions and private individuals. They also manage part of the national social security fund as well as pension funds for the government.
