Mr. Charlie E.
Noreen, Jr., is a Principal at Fuse Capital.
In addition to Fuse Capital, he is a Chief Financial Officer at i2c, Inc. Prior to joining Fuse Capital, Mr. Noreen served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of BlueArc, a venture-backed data storage company.
Before that, he was the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of CyberSource Corporation, a leading provider of enterprise eCommerce transaction processing services, where he led the company through a successful initial public offering.
Charlie also served as Chief Financial Officer of RockShox and led its IPO in 1997.
He spent 13 years with Coopers & Lybrand, the predecessor firm to PricewaterhouseCoopers.
As a partner, he worked with a variety of public and privately held companies primarily in the high technology, semiconductor, and software industries.
He has several years of financial and operational management experience in the technology industry.
Mr. Noreen holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
