Charlene Jones

Ms. Jones brings over 18 years of experience in financial services, consulting, non-profit leadership, fund-raising, multiculturalism, and training and development to JumpStart.
Previously, she held leadership roles at National City Corporation in Retail Banking, Private Client, Commercial Banking, and Corporate Training and Development.
She also served as a Cash Management Officer at Wells Fargo and Society National Bank.
Ms. Jones is a member of the Diversity Committee of the National Career Development Association, is immediate past President of the Cleveland Public Library Board, and is a past President of The Junior League of Cleveland, Inc. She has been a member and/or Officer of the Girl Scouts of Lake Erie Council, Downtown YMCA, and Hitchcock Center for Women.
She has also served as General Chair of the YWCA's Greater Cleveland Women of Achievement Awards and Fundraising Luncheon, Speakers Bureau Trainer for UNCF, and Inroads Advisor.
Ms. Jones holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Math and an MBA from Cleveland State University.
She has also completed a number of continuing educational programs, including Harvard's Kennedy School of Government Women and Power, Leadership America, and Center for Creative Leadership.
