Brian O'Reilly

Brian O’Reilly is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of the Firm and has responsibilities for all financial, accounting, compliance, and operational functions of the firm and funds.
Prior to joining Gainline, Brian served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of several registered investment advisers, including Activant Capital Group, Richmond Hill Investment Company and Great Point Partners.
Brian began his career as an accountant with Ernst & Young, rising to a Manager in the Financial Service practice of the New York and London offices.
Brian is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
He received a B.S.
in Finance from The College of New Jersey and a M.S.
in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.
