Brenda S. Bratton

Prior to joining Tom Johnson Investment Management, Inc., Ms. Bratton was the National Director of Advisor Services for Fixed Income Securities where she was responsible for the creation and implementation of their Privately Managed Account Division.
Additionally, she was accountable for establishing vital relationships with independent RIAs and Broker Dealers, for training and educating the sales division and for developing marketing and sales materials.
From 1999 to 2003, Ms. Bratton worked with Tom Johnson Investment Management, Inc., initially as the Southeastern Regional Director and subsequently earning the title of National Marketing Director.
Previously, she was a Vice President and Regional Consultant for Portfolio Management Consultants.
Her responsibilities included new business development in the Southeastern Region and assisting advisors in obtaining and maintaining consultant business.
From 1984 to 1995, Ms. Bratton was a Vice President, Regional Manager for Bear Stearns and Company, Inc., serving in strategic planning and marketing for the firm's packaged products division.
Prior to joining Bear Stearns, Ms. Bratton was employed by John Nuveen and Company, as a wholesaler based in Miami, Florida.
Ms. Bratton began her career in the investment industry in 1978 as an assistant portfolio trader and equity analyst.
Ms. Bratton attended Kent State University.
