Bob Feldman

Bob is the co-founder of FHS Capital Partners, an investment firm focusing on early-stage professional service and technology businesses that deliver high-value niche expertise to chief communications and chief marketing officers.
Bob is also the founder of The Dialogue Project, a global initiative that explores what role business can play to reduce polarization and improve civil discourse in our society.
The program, founded by Bob in 2019, is now housed at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
The program is sponsored by such companies as Pfizer, Cox Enterprises, General Motors, Chick-fil-A, Allstate, Southwest Airlines and Walmart.
Finally, Bob is also the founder of Feldman + Partners, a purpose-driven strategy and investment firm that encompasses the above two initiatives, as well as a variety of social impact activities in support of exceptional organizations such as Seeds of Peace, Global Health Corps, USC Shoah Foundation and MyVote project.
Bob is the former vice chair of ICF Next, a global marketing, communications and technology firm.
Bob was the principal architect of the creation of that company, as he led the integration of more than a dozen ICF owned companies into this new entity.
Bob had joined ICF upon the sale of PulsePoint Group, the communications management consulting firm he founded in 2007 and sold in 2013.
Earlier in his career, Bob was with DreamWorks Animation SKG as the company’s first head of corporate communications and corporate marketing.
Before that, Bob lived in New York and was for eight years president and chief executive of WPP’s GCI Group.
He also has held senior positions with Ketchum and Burson-Marsteller.
