Bhaskar is a Founder Advisor at Decibel.
As the founding CTO of AppDynamics which Cisco acquired for $3.7 billion, he is responsible for the company’s customer-centric product strategy and leads its global product management and engineering functions.
Over his career, Bhaskar has married product strategy and execution strategy to develop products that are trusted by Chief Digital Officers and Chief Information Officers and built for the demands of the world’s largest enterprises.
Before AppDynamics, he served as a Senior Software Engineer at CA Wily Technology, and as a Software Engineer of Wily Technology, Inc. prior to its acquisition by CA, Inc.
Bhaskar earned a B.S.
degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Madras University.
When he isn’t working, Bhaskar enjoys watching basketball and advising founders in his free time.
