Ashley Flucas

Kristin is the Chief of Staff & IR Associate at Fin Capital, where she is responsible for supporting the firm’s Partners, managing projects, coordinating events, supervising a team of EA’s, and helping coordinate across the firm.
Prior to joining Fin Capital, Kristin was most recently a Manager Assistant at Bain & Company, where she supported six high level executives, organized and planned events and managed many additional ad hoc projects.
Her prior positions include, Finance Operations Associate at Cambridge Associates, a global investment firm where she managed day-to-day operations including monitoring liquidity provisions for multiple high-level clients.
Previously, Kristin was at ATEL Capital Group, an international financial services company where she managed client and investor relations.
While attending college, Kristin earned a highly sought-after internship at Morgan Stanley, a multinational investment bank and financial services company, where she was a Wealth Management Intern.
Kristin holds a BS in Corporate Financial Management from San Jose State University.
