He was President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Apomyx, Inc. from 1998 to 2001.
Dr. Kelton received a PhD degree in Medical Physics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1969, an MS degree in Radiological Science from University of California, Los Angeles in 1966, as well as a BS degree in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire in 1959.
