Prior to joining BVCP, Mrs. Anna Kozina worked in Moscow at Bain & Company where she was engaged in privatization projects.
Prior to that she was an investment manager at Alfa Capital and was responsible for the development and implementation of project exit strategies.
Anna Kozin has also worked in the European Division of Ford where she was responsible for business development projects in the UK and Germany.
She graduated from the Moscow State Academy of Management with a degree in Industrial Engineering and earned an MBA at the London School of Business.
