Andy M. Howley

Mr. Howley joined Graham Partners in December 2009.
He has extensive years of experience in hands-on corporate restructuring having served in senior management positions with public and privately held companies in transitional situations.
Mr. Howley is the founder of Howley Associates LLC, a corporate advisory and restructuring consulting firm.
Prior to forming the firm, he worked at Kroll Zolfo Cooper, the world's pre-eminent advisory and interim/crisis management firm based in New York; Superior Group, Inc., a large privately-held, multi-division holding company headquartered near Philadelphia with operating units worldwide; and KPMG Consulting.
He has served as the Chief Restructuring Officer of Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation, Chief Financial Officer at Spalding/Top Flite, Inc and in a variety of financial management and interim executive positions across a broad range of industries.
Mr. Howley received his B.A.
from Muhlenberg College and his M.B.A.
from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsyvlania.
He is also a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisory (CIRA).
