Andrew Brown

Mr. Andrew Brown is a Head of Healthcare at Target Advisers LLP.
His primary responsibilities include inspecting properties owned by Target’s client funds as well as prospective acquisitions during due diligence, which is why he visits around 100 care homes a year.
Target’s in-house demographic and market analysis is performed by his team.
Most of his career has been spent in the senior-care sector.
In his pre-Target days, he and his family developed Auchlochan Trust, one of the largest continuing-care retirement communities in the UK, and an investor in Trinity Care plc.
Mr. Brown has been a developer, builder and operator of care homes.
All of which has produced a community of approximately 350 care beds, almost 100 retirement properties and over 300 staff which includes residential-care and nursing homes, with him directly responsible for operations.
