Alexey Vladimirovich Nikonov

Alexey Vladimirovich Nikonov has been Vice President of Corporate Relations for RussNeft NK OAO since December 2007.
He was Deputy to the Head of Market Development and Business Activity Division of Moscow City Government from February 1991 to February 1992, Economic Adviser and Deputy Director General of the RSFSR State Committee on Administration of Government Property from February 1992 to December 1993, and Adviser and Head of Division at the Department of Property and Business Activity of Council of Ministers from December 1993 to March 1996.
He was Deputy Director of Administration for the Property Department of SIDANKO from March 1996 to January 1997 and Deputy Director of Administration for the Property and Investments Department of Sibneft from January 1997 to April 2000.
Mr. Nikonov received a degree from the Moscow Aviation Technological Institute in 1973.
