BayernInvest Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (BIK) is the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of Bayerische Landesbank, itself a subsidiary of BayernLB Holding AG in Germany. Established in 1989, the firm is based in Munich and specializes in providing asset management and central fund administration services for savings banks, insurance companies, corporate and occupational pension funds, endowments and religious institutions.

DWS Investment GmbH (DWS Investment) is the Frankfurt office of DWS Investment, the wholly-owned asset management subsidiary of Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management Investment GmbH, ultimately held by Deutsche Bank AG (NYSE: DB) in Germany. Formerly known as DWS Deutsche Gesellschaft für Wertpapiersparen mbH, DWS Investment was established in 1956 and operates in western and central Europe, Asia and the Americas. The Frankfurt office manages a range of mutual funds, primarily for private clients. Their funds are distributed through a multi-channel network comprised of the DB group, third-party asset managers, retail and private banks, independent financial advisors and insurance companies.
