Alan L.
Hainey is the founder and owner of Carolina Dominion LLC, established in 2004, where he holds the title of Manager & Owner.
He is also the founder and president of the Merrill L.
Hainey Family Foundation, founded in 2001.
In addition to his founding positions, Mr. Hainey has held former jobs.
From 2004 to 2022, he worked at New York Mortgage Trust, Inc. as the Lead Independent Director.
Prior to that, from 1990 to 1996, he served as the President & COO-Mortgage Banking Businesses at General Electric Capital Corp.
He also held the position of President at GE Capital Mortgage Securities, Inc. from 1983 to 1990.
Mr. Hainey's education history includes undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Missouri.
He also obtained a graduate degree from the Kellogg School of Management.
