Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Co. B.S.C. (Invt Mgmt) (Mumtalakat-IM) is the investment management division of the Government of Bahrain's Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Co. B.S.C. The General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) is the pension fund subsidiary of the Government of Bahrain's Social Insurance Organization, which administers the country's social security program. Founded in 1976 as The General Organization for Social Insurance - Bahrain, they merged with The Pension Fund Commission in 2008 to form a new entity named Social Insurance Organization - Bahrain, an independent legal entity supervised by the Minister for Labor and Social Affairs. Headquartered in Manama, GOSI administers the social insurance system for all Bahraini and non-Bahraini workers in the private sector, providing benefits for old age, disability, death and employment injuries.
