Tomasz Mierzejewski is responsible for the origination, financial analysis, modeling, valuation and ongoing portfolio management of investments primarily in the Central and Eastern European markets.
Mr. Mierzejewski joined the Argan team in October 2008.
Prior to joining the Argan team, Mr. Mierzejewski worked for Goldman Sachs in London where he at first focused on transactions in the CEE region and then was part of the leveraged finance team.
Prior to that Mr. Mierzejewski worked for the Polish Ministry of Finance where he was involved in the management of international debt for the Republic.
Mr. Mierzejewski holds a degree in banking and finance from the Warsaw School of economics and speaks fluent Polish and English.

Tomasz Swatowski is Marketing Manager-APAC of OCZ Technology Group, Inc., which he joined in 2008.
He was Marketing Manager of Biostar Group.
Mr. Swatowski has several years of experience in PC components industry.
He received an MA degree in Finance from Warsaw School of Economics.

Tomasz Boduszek was the founder of NPL Nova SA, a company founded in 2002, where he held the title of Chairman-Management Board from 2007 to 2021.
He is currently the Chief Executive Officer at PragmaGO SA since 1996, a Member-Management Board at Pragma Collect Sp zoo since 2008, and a Member-Management Board at Pragma Finanse Sp zoo since 2005.
Mr. Boduszek previously worked as a Member-Supervisory Board at Invico SA from 2010 to 2014.
He graduated from Uniwersytet Slaski in 2001.

Tomasz Tylinski is the founder of MEDCAMP SA, which was founded in 1997.
He is currently the Chairman-Management Board at Moonrock Enterprise SA, Auto Group SA, a member of Employers of Poland, and a member of the Management Board at Wielkopolski Zwiazek Pracodawcow Prywatnych.
His former positions include Vice Chairman-Management Board at Columbus Elite Global SA from 2010 to 2018, Chairman-Management Board at Blu Asset Management SP zoo, and member of the Supervisory Board at Arena.pl SA, Logzact SA, and Lmb Capital SA. He received his undergraduate degree from Poznan University of Technology in 1992.
