Ms. Chen has over 20 years of international financial management experience.
She gained strong business development, leadership, management skills from a number of previously held positions, such as the Certified Accountant of No.
5 Ministry of Machine Industries of PRC, the Senior Project Manager in the Finance Division of CITIC, the Executive Vice President and Finance Representative to Europe and the Americas for NORINCO, and the General Manager (China) and Controller of International Institute for Learning, Inc. (Global).
Furthermore, she also played an indispensable role in establishing, financing and managing subsidiaries with over US$100 million in total for the aforementioned international conglomerates.
Moreover, she is well-connected with the Wall Street and senior-level government officials as well as top financial leaders in China.
Before she joins Nature Elements Capital, Ms. Chen was the President of Etech International Capital Group, as well as the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Etech Securities Group.
She was responsible for the strategic direction and supervision of the investment banking and fund management activities of the Greater China region.
She collaborated with Pheonix U.S.
on organizing the Etech Finance Summit at the JW Marriott Hotel ChongQing, which was recognised internationally as the largest finance conference in Midwest China.
She led the fundraising of RMB 5 billion with the support of the sovereign fund of ChongQing city.
Ms. Chen is a frequent VIP speaker in numerous private equity financial summits, and has facilitated the building of various senior-level platforms for collaboration.
Ms. Chen obtained her bachelor degree in Economics from Tianjin Finance University in the P.R.
China, and a MBA master degree in Finance from the University of Bridgeport in the U.S.
