Mr. Wook-Joong Kim is a Director & Head Investment Professional at SL Investment Ltd.
He joined SLi as a head Investment Professional and currently focuses on M&A deals and other investments.
Prior to joining SLi, he worked at Hanhwa & Tong Yang Securities Inc. for Credit assessment and management of bad debts.
After that the KTB Network and the Korea Credit Information (NICE) group, M & A business, a combination of corporate restructuring, business formation and operation.
His major M&A track records include Sam lip General Foods, Mtech, Enterwon(Sunny Trends), Chunji Corporation, Haitai Confectionery & Foods, Hangdam Ocean Park, Webgate.
He received a BS in law at Seoul National University and a MS in law at Chung-Ang University.
