Tuuli Krane

Ms. Tuuli Krane is a Secondary Rating Analyst at Fitch Deutschland GmbH.
She is focused on the analysis of European CMBS and ABS transactions, with a primary regional focus on Germany, Austria, and Switzerland as well as Northern Europe.
Before joining Fitch in January 2011, she worked as a CMBS structurer for Westdeutsche ImmobilienBank (real estate arm of WestLB) in Mainz.
After participating in a graduate program in Securitisation/Syndication, she joined the bank’s securitization team and was involved in structuring CMBS transactions and other real estate structured finance products.
Ms. Krane graduated from the Helsinki University of Technology (HUT/Aalto), Finland, and holds a master’s degree in engineering.
During her studies at HUT, she also studied at Università Carlo Cattaneo – LIUC, Italy.
