The Company was set up to take over ownership of the housing stock which was transferred from the Borough Council in January 2000. In December 2002 they moved to their new offices at Kingsley, The Brampton and changed their name to Aspire Housing. The Code covers everything from how they involve and consult tenants to the way they manage their finances. The Tenant Services Authority has the power to intervene in the operation of a Registered Provider if it faces severe financial problems or has seriously contravened the Tenant Services Authority's regulations.
