Ron H. Neill

Mr. Neill is a partner at the law firm of Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP.
At Calfee, he primarily focuses on facilitating mergers and acquisitions for publicly and privately-held clients.
He includes general corporate, partnerships/LLC and tax law in his practice and represents clients in corporate finance matters, corporate restructurings, partnerships and joint venture investments.
Mr. Neill also serves on the board of directors of numerous privately-held corporations and on the advisory board of other well respected private equity funds.
His current charitable activities include his alma mater, The College of Wooster, the board of the Museum of Contemporary Art of Cleveland, and serving as a trustee of The Church of the Covenant, chairing the church’s Investment and Audit Committee.
Mr. Neill began his tenure with Calfee in 1969, becoming a partner in 1975.
He has served on the executive, finance, operating and technology committees of the firm.
