Raymond C.
Smith served as an Independent Director at Genasys, Inc. from 2006 to 2013.
He also served as a Director at EP Global Communications, Inc. and Turtle Beach Corp.
Additionally, he worked as an Assessment Director at Chief of Naval Operations.
Prior to that, he was the President of Seraphim Realty Foundation from 2003 to 2005 and the Chief Operating Officer of Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels from 2001 to 2002.
Smith received his undergraduate degree from the United States Naval Academy in 1967 and his graduate degree from the Naval Postgraduate School in 1974.
