Ray Valeika

Mr. Valeika has significant experience in the airplane maintenance sector, having served as the Senior Vice President of TechOps for Delta Air Lines where he directed a world wide maintenance and engineering staff of more than 10,000 professionals maintaining a fleet of nearly 700 aircrafts.
During Mr. Valeika's 40 year career, he also worked for Continental and Pan Am and he has chaired numerous committees and provided leadership for many of the industry's technological innovations.
Mr. Valeika served as chairman of the Air Transport Association (ATA) Aging Aircraft Task force, which was responsible for developing supplement structural inspection programs.
Mr. Valeika also served as General Chairman of the SAE Aerotech and participated in committees such as FAA Research, Engineering and Development Committee, Congressional Aeronautical Advisory Committee and chaired the Engineering Maintenance and Material Council of the ATA.
Mr Valeika was honored with the ATA's 1996 Nuts.
