Mr. Martin joined Gargoyle Group in November 1999.
He was a member of the American Stock Exchange from 1985 to 1999, during which time he developed the Ovid Software Trading Program, a handheld computer program used by members of the American Stock Exchange and Philadelphia Stock Exchange to monitor their options positions and assist in the management of those positions.
Before becoming a member of the American Stock Exchange, he was an independent computer consultant from 1980 to 1985 and a systems programmer with IBM from 1974 to 1980.
Mr. Martin attended the University of Michigan School of Music, and received an MBA from Herriot-Watt University.
He is a Bridge Diamond Life Master and former national Bridge champion.
