Paul Westhead

Rimrock Capital Management LLC (Rimrock) is a registered investment advisor and hedge fund manager headquartered in Irvine, California. The firm was founded by David Edington in 2001. They are a subsidiary of Rimrock Capital Management LP which is owned by the Edinston Living Trust. Rimrock serves as the General Partner and investment adviser to various private investment funds and separately managed accounts that are available to pension and profit-sharing plans, endowments, foundations, trusts, estates, charitable organizations, corporations, and other business entities. Rimrock is a signatory to the United Nations Principals for Responsible Investing (UNPRI).

Founded in 1995 by Howard Marks and Bruce Karsh, Oaktree Capital Management LLC is a registered investment advisor located in Los Angeles with additional offices in New York City, Stamford, Connecticut, Tokyo, London and Singapore. The firm manages assets for corporations, public funds, endowments and foundations, insurance companies, private clients, mutual funds and Taft Hartley plans.
