Nina Tao

Ms. Tao joined AMVESCAP, Invesco's holding company, in 1999 as a Corporate Associate.
Prior to joining Invesco Private Capital's direct investment team, Ms. Tao was on the investment committee of Invesco Japan and a member of the Invesco European Smaller Companies Fund where she was analyzing opportunities in these regions.
Ms. Tao was previously a founding member of Campus24.com, an online network of college marketplaces where she was responsible for business development and financing.
The company was sold to CollegeClub.com in July 1999.
Her prior work experience also includes investment banking at Merrill Lynch and Bankers Trust.
At Merrill Lynch, Ms. Tao was an associate in the Structured Finance Group where she was involved in raising over $2.5 billion for domestic and Latin American corporations through complex financial structures.
She focused on risk management of derivative products at Bankers Trust.
Ms. Tao received a M.B.A.
from Harvard Business School in 1999, and a B.S.
in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 1993.
She is registered with the NASD as a General Securities Representative (Series 7) and Uniform Securities Agent (Series 63).
