Nicholas V. Salter

Nicholas Salter is a founder member of the Investment Manager.
He began his career in 1985 with Greenwell Montagu Stockbrokers.
In January 1987 he joined Mercury Asset Management (now Merrill Lynch Investment Managers Limited ("MLIM")) where he was a Director and Senior UK Portfolio Manager, responsible for $5 billion of UK Equity assets.
These funds were UK Equity funds measured against the FTSE All Share Index with an outperformance target of +1% per annum.
He was also Chairman of Global Technology Research and the UK Media & Technology Group.
He left MLIM in November 2001 to found the Investment Manager.
He is a member of the Association Of Investment Management And Research.
