Nancy Ellison

Nancy Ellison is Director of Legislative and Regulatory Affairs for Regence BlueShield.
She is a Member of California State Bar Association and Washington State Bar Association.
Prior to joining Regence BlueShield, she served as Deputy Secretary for the Washington State Department of Health.
Ms. Ellison served as Administrator of the Oregon Insurance Division.
Before that, she served as Deputy Commissioner for Health Policy in the Office of the Washington State Insurance Commissioner and Regional Manager for the Washington State Department of Ecology.
Dr. Ellison holds Master's degree and a PhD in Public Health.
