Lucas McGregor

Mr. Lucas McGregor is Chief Technology Officer of Xdrive Technologies, Inc. He began his tenure at the formation of Xdrive in 1999.
He developed the original Xdrive technology and coauthored Xdrive's patent for an Internet file system.
Using best practices for architecture and engineering, he continues to focus on technology, stability, robustness and engineering.
His current research leads Xdrive in the direction of new models of distributed computing with a focus on ever more capable systems.
He started his career in research computing, and has worked on a wide range of massive scale server-side projects.
He holds a BS in Nuclear Chemistry from Indiana University, where he also minored in Information Technologies and Analytical Philosophy.
