Lindsay Wynter

Mr. Lindsay Wynter is Senior Vice President-Finance at Global Equity Capital LLC.
Previously Mr. Wynter fulfilled a variety of Finance roles in the consumer software business over a 10 year period.
Originally joining Mindscape in the UK, from Deloitte & Touche, as European Finance Manager, he became European Controller in 1996 and International Controller in 1997.
In the US, he assisted in the pre acquisition work for the sale of Mindscape to The Learning Company, and the post acquisition reporting for The Learning Company's acquisition of Broderbund.
Following Mattel's purchase of The Learning Company in May 1999, he played a key role in the relocation of the Finance function to the West Coast.
Under Gores ownership, he assisted in all asset and entity divestures of The Learning Company by Gores including the final sale in August 2002, when he joined Gores based in Boulder, CO.
He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, and the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
