Larry J.
Towe has served as our President and Chief Operating Officer since May 2004.
Mr. Towe previously served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since June 2001.
From June 1999 to June 2001, Mr. Towe served as Executive Vice President and Group Executive--Payment Services of Equifax Inc. From May 1997 to June 1999, Mr. Towe served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Equifax Card Solutions, International, a unit of Equifax.
Prior to that, Mr. Towe served as President, FBS Software, a provider of software solutions for payment cards, collections, and merchant processing, which Equifax acquired in July 1994.
