Kostis Papadopoulos

Mr. Kostis Papadopoulos is Property Research Analyst at M&G Investment Management Ltd.
He joined the property research team in December 2011 as an analyst.
Mr. Papadopoulos is responsible for forecasting the UK retail warehouse sector and the European office, retail and industrial sectors and he is involved with the fund strategy formation and various thematic based projects along with the rest of the team.
Prior to that he was an analyst in DTZ’s Global Forecasting and Strategy Research team.At DTZ he was responsible for the European property forecasts and was the co-author of the European Fair Value report.
Mr. apadopoulos played a lead role in the development of econometric models for property yields on a global level and was also heavily involved with the Debt Funding Gap as well as Money into Property publications.
He is also a member of the Society of Property Researchers.
Mr. Papadopoulos graduated from Cass Business School where he studied for his MSc in Real Estate Investment.
