Kenyu Yamaguchi

Mr. Kenyu Yamaguchi is a Deputy General Manager at Global Alliance Realty Co., Ltd.
He joined Global Alliance Realtyin 2007 and took up his current position in April 2008.
His main role is overseeing overall asset management of large-scale office buildings held by Global One Real Estate Investment Corporation.
Prior to joining Global Alliance Realty, he was with a Japanese real estate asset management company, where he was in charge of asset management of various properties such as office buildings and rental apartments held by a private real estate fund.
He began his real estate career at Meiji Life Insurance Company (currently, Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance Company), where he was in charge of accounting for real estate, and was also involved in the development of a management system for properties owned by Meiji Life Insurance Company.
