Ken Miller

Mr. Miller has a long distinguished career on Wall Street as an investor, banker and advisor.
Prior to Contour, he formerly was a Vice Chairman of both CSFB and Merrill Lynch and served on the Board of Directors of Viacom for 17 years.
He also has extensive experience in private equity and venture capital, having formed and overseen Merrill Lynch Capital Partners.
Mr. Miller is currently a Senior Advisor to Lehman Brothers.
He was formerly Vice Chairman of CSFB, a global investment banking firm, where he served from 1995 to 2001.
In this position, he served as financial advisor to a number of the world's largest corporations.
Prior to joining CSFB, Mr. Miller was the President and Chief Executive of The Lodestar Group.
Prior to joining the Lodestar Group, he ran the Merrill Lynch Mergers & Acquisitions Department from 1982 through 1986, growing it into a $200 million per year business.
Merrill Lynch Capital Partners, a leveraged buyout fund, was formed and reported to him during this period.
Mr. Miller was a Senior Vice President at White Weld at the time White Weld was acquired by Merrill Lynch.
Prior to joining White Weld, he was an investment banker at Lehman Brothers.
Before coming to Wall Street in 1976 he founded and ran a venture capital firm, known as UNC Ventures, which invested in minority owned businesses.
He is an active member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
He also serves on the Boards of Directors of Global Kids, the International Center for Transitional Justice, and the United Nations Association of the United States of America.
Mr. Miller received his J.D.
from Harvard University, M.A.
from Yale University (Chinese Studies) and B.A.
with honors from the University of Michigan.
Academic honors include: Phi Beta Kappa, Alfred P.
Sloan Fellowship and Yale University Fellowship.
