Its operation are carried out through the following divisions: Green House Gas Reduction, Energy-saving and Environmental, Overseas Support, and Emission Right. The Green House Gas Reduction division develops and implements clean development mechanism (CDM) projects and CDM feasibility studies. The Energy-saving and Environmental division offers commercialization and introduction consulting on energy-saving and environmental plants. The Overseas Support division involves in the business support consulting services in Japanese market with regards to emission transaction; and outsourcing business. The Emission Right division develops and supports certified emission reduction (CER) projects and evaluate CDM operability. The company was founded by Naoto Yagyu on June 15, 2006 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
