Ms. Kathleen Frangione is Executive Vice President at McBee Strategic.
Ms. Frangione joined McBee Strategic in November 2010 after more than 10 years of policy experience in the energy and environmental sectors.
Prior to joining McBee, she served as Senior Policy Advisor on the U.S.
Senate Foreign Relations Committee, where she handled climate change, energy, and environment issues for Chairman John Kerry.
Prior to joining the Committee, she served as a Legislative Assistant in Senator Kerry’s personal office, where she oversaw all domestic and international environment and energy issues.
She has also worked for several environmental and conservation organizations.
Ms. Frangione has an undergraduate degree in environmental science from Harvard College, and a Masters degree from the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies.
