Julian Raymond Harper

Mr. Julian R.
Harper is an Investment Manager at Quilter Cheviot Ltd.
His primary role is to manage portfolios on behalf of private clients, trusts, offshore bonds and pension funds.
He works closely with the introducer community including financial advisers, solicitors and accountants.
Mr. Harper is also a Court of Protection and Personal Injury specialist in the London office.
He has been in the private client industry for over 21 years.
Mr. Harper began his career at Lloyds Private Banking, moving to Carr Sheppards Crosthwaite in 1998.
He graduated from the University of Kingston in 1995 and passed the Securities Institute Diploma.
He is a Fellow member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
