Jil Caroline Onimus

Jil joined BayTech Venture Capital in February, 2006.
She focuses on investments in the segments of information and communication technologies.
During her studies, she did several internships in the banking industry, in the fields of M & A with BNP Paribas as well as Equity Research with HypoVereinsbank.
Prior to joining BayTech Venture Capital, she worked as assistant to the Rector of the European Business School (Oestrich-Winkel, Germany) and managed a research project on Venture Capital Contracting funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG).
Jil studied International Business Administration at European Business School (Oestrich-Winkel, Germany), at CERAM (Sophia Antipolis, France) as well as San Francisco State University.
She holds an MBA from European Business School and is currently finalizing her Ph.D.
thesis in the field of Venture Capital Contract Design.
