Mr. House was previously employed as Assistant City Controller by The City of Houston (Texas) and was responsible for a debt portfolio of $3 billion and the issuance and closing of debt instruments exceeding $2.5 billion through major Wall Street banks.
He has over 30 years of experience in the industry, notably the fixed income markets.
He received his undergraduate degree from Prairie View A&M University.
