James H. Davis

Mr. Davis has executive and general management in the manufacturing, industrial products, environmental service and chemical industries.
Prior to joining FIS, he was COO of Quanex Corporation, a $900 million publicly traded manufacturer of value-added steel and aluminum products with fourteen plants and 3500 employees.
From 1990 to 1993, Jim served as President and CEO of Horsehead Resources Development Company, Inc., a publicly owned environmental service business formed by Horsehead Industries.
While at Horsehead, Mr. Davis was responsible for leading their initial public offering.
Mr. Davis served in the United States Marine Corps; hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Iowa State University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
