Herwin Loman

Mr. Herwin Loman is Senior Country Risk Analyst at Coöperatieve Centrale Raiffeisen Boerenleenbank BA.
He has worked in the Country Risk Research team at the Economic Research Department since 2008.
He is currently responsible for South America.
Also, he is the secretary of the Country Limit Committee.
Previously he was an analyst for the CIS region (Russia and other former Soviet states) and worked as an economic policy adviser at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Mr. Loman graduated in General Economics at the VU University Amsterdam and in International Relations at the University of Amsterdam.
