Harry Dellane

Mr. Dellane joined Acumen Fund in September 2008.
He worked as leadership and organizational development consultant to organizations in the financial services, pharmaceutical, educational and non-profit sectors.
Mr. Dellane's work and research interests include organizational development, emotional intelligence, and group relations/diversity.
He has worked extensively with teams to increase performance and enhance effectiveness using a wide range of organizational interventions.
Mr. Dellane has extensive experience in talent acquisition and talent management gained through his corporate HR work at Prudential Financial, Standard & Poor's, UBS Paine Weber and Intrasphere Technologies.
Earlier in his career, he was a Captain with the US Army where he specialized in personnel and administrative management.
Mr. Dellane holds a doctorate in Organizational Psychology from Rutgers University, an MS in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development from the New School for Social Research in NYC, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Delaware.
