Petercam Institutional Asset Management SA (Petercam IAM) is the wholly-owned subsidiary of financial institution Petercam SA in Belgium, established in 1968 as a private partnership with partners holding 70% of the equity and the remaining 30% held jointly by the two founding families, Peterbroeck & Van Campenhout. Headquartered in Brussels, the firm was created in 2013 when Petercam SA integrated their institutional management activities into Petercam IAM to provide investment solutions for public and corporate pension funds, insurance companies, governmental and non-profit organizations. They also manage and/or distribute Petercam’s collective investment funds. Petercam operates from offices in Brussels, the US and Europe. They are a socially responsible manager and a signatory to the U.N. Principles for Responsible Investment which believes that integrating ESG criteria in the investment process creates added value over time.
